Position Overview

State Farm Insurance Agent located in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join our team as a Receptionist -Customer Service Rep. As a Customer Service Rep for Chris Foster - State Farm Agency, you will be the agency Receptionist and assist the sales team with various support tasks and duties. EARN AN ANNUAL BETWEEN $1,500 TO $5,000 PLUS OTHER INCENTIVES!!!

Responsibilities

  • Full training, coaching, and support provided - WE TEACH YOU EVERYTHING!
  • Greet customers and contact customers for State Farm documentation, billing, underwriting information, and help support agency sales reps.
  • Follow up with all service tasks required by State Farm, Claims, Underwriting, and the agent
  • Establish customer relationships to help address customer needs.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Requirements

  • Bilingual - Spanish or Chinese required.
  • Prior Support Experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
