The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting the Sales Team in a variety of sales activities which will help grow the company’s book of business. Additionally, the Sales Associate will identify potential customers and determine customer requirements for products and services. The position requires a thorough understanding of Staging Concepts’ sales and marketing strategies.
Prepare quotations to assist the sales team.
Work with and report on Staging Concepts’ ERP and CRM tools.
Follow-up on new leads directly with customers.
Provide product information to customers to assist sales team.
Perform customer service duties for standard part orders.
Learn to estimate standard order inquires.
Gather feedback from current and past customers to help improve sales strategy.
College degree preferably in business or marketing
6-12 months of sales support experience
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong problem solving, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities
Team player with an upbeat, professional attitude
Intermediate MS Office program skills
