We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to work directly with our Perm Recruiting team to help develop our Long Island Permanent Placement Division.
This is a high-energy role in an exciting, fast-paced environment. The candidate should have an entrepreneurial mindset, show initiative, and a willingness to be immersed in all aspects of launching and growing this division
Duties:The Recruiting Manager will be involved in all aspects of the company as it grows.
Grow and build the Division by helping hire experienced recruiters and staff.
Develop a business plan that focuses on the growth of the division both in business development and the team.
Identify and form appropriate strategic partnerships.
Think creatively to deliver compelling value propositions to potential recruiting partners.
Participate in the ongoing creation of the business.
Develops a recruiting strategy that continually replenishes the candidate pipeline based on market conditions, the existing candidate pool, and current and projected engagements.
Develops and maintains qualified candidate pool via job board postings and searches, print advertisements, networking/referrals, special recruitment letters and mailings.
Reviews and tracks resumes, conducts phone screens, and schedules candidate interviews.
Conducts in depth interviews in order to assess skill sets and competencies of candidates. Documents candidates' profiles, checks candidates' references and supports staff in determining "matches" for open orders.
Must have current experience recruiting for on Long Island for an agency.
