LEGAL DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
The Legal Department includes ten attorneys, two administrative legal assistants and one clerk. The Department is responsible for handling all day-to-day legal matters for the Company including contract drafting/review, negotiations, enforcement of corporate controls & procedures, corporate governance including SEC and NASDAQ compliance, mergers & acquisitions, disputes, litigation, etc. The attorneys have a close working relationship with executive management and are involved with all aspects of the business.
The expectation of this Staff Attorney position is to quickly transition into a lead attorney role working independently on a wide variety of matters and developing a national, transactional practice.
This position will report to the Deputy General Counsel.
