Expanding Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice seeking an exceptional Front Office Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator to join our team. We have offices located in Atlanta and Villa Rica. Our Staff is required to travel to both locations throughout the week. We operate out of the Camp Creek office on Mondays and Wednesdays and the Villa Rica office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Desired candidates should be self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, and possess the ability to work efficiently and independently. Overall responsibilities include:

-Greeting patients and guests in a warm, friendly manner.

-Registering patients for appointments; signing in patients, obtaining updated insurance and demographic information and entering it in computer system, copying/scanning insurance cards, and ensuring completion of all necessary paperwork, and collecting co-pays and any outstanding balances

-Obtaining and updating patient charts with registration paperwork, and other related forms for the visit

-Communicating quickly and often with patients if there is a delay or wait for patient care

-Manage front office cash flow and ensure accurate posting of payments to patient accounts.

-Review all patient charts at least 1 day before scheduled appointments

-Managing patient call wait times, responding to voicemails and messages

timely, offer options to call patients back if they are on hold too long

-Answer billing inquires for patients

-Identify and Resolve billing issues

-Knowledge of basic dental and medical coding and third party operating procedures and practices.
