We are busy year-round, with a lot of work as a result of our strong insurance partners and centralized Collision Center that supports our dealerships.
The Role: The Collision Center Manager is responsible and accountable for effectively guiding the collision repair and customer service teams to generate high quality repairs and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Provide a truly Exception Customer Experience
Lead a strong technical team to operate in an effective manner while maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship
Ensure that every employee is motivated and coached to bring out their greatest potential and improve their career path.
Hold daily Production Meetings with all team members for increased communication on job status as well as motivate your staff to reach common goals.
Ensure estimators follow up on supplements to insure no greater than 30 days in receivables
Monitor sublets and production scheduling
Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators including CSI, profitability, achieve productivity projections, cycle time, etc
Ensuring all repairs are of the highest standards
3 - 5 years’ experience in shop management, I-CAR Certification and familiarity with CCC ONE a plus
A complete understanding of the collision repair process, and familiarity with insurance repair procedures.
