This position requires face-to-face interaction as well as lots of phone interaction so good communication skills is a must. EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION, AND CREDENTIALS:
High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree preferred)
1-year of experience in customer service is preferred
Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) experience is desirable
Our expectation is that all new employees be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to starting work
