This is an excellent opportunity for an Engineering professional to focus on customer operations.
Performs service & installation activities globally for our world class customer base
Installs scanning acoustic microscope systems and accessory components for customers on a global basis
Provides factory level escalation support to site Engineers; partners with various departments to ensure customer receives world class support
Provides customer support and communication for system installation, CIP and escalations
Drafts and revises work instructions, procedures & SOP's - ensures related processes and documentation remain current; communicates all relevant updates accordingly
Completes and submits field service reports
Education & Experience:
BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Science or related discipline.
Three to five years experience as a Field Service Engineer or Specialist with a solid focus on analog and digital electronics
Travel up to 75% to client sites - global travel
