This is a 6 month engagement. Qualifications:
Proven experience leading IT development or IT technology projects (typically 3-5 years) A working knowledge of the IT development life cycle Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, and Project Strong written and oral communications Proven ability to lead a team to desired outcome and establish working relationships with fellow team members Ability to quickly grasp business intent of development efforts Solid understanding of technical environment Exposure to Agile methodology Familiarity with Clarity or similar project portfolio management tool Works under general direction and independently determines/develops approach to solutions Proven ability to lead team matrixed from different internal groups, different locations and drive results through coordination of task completion, handoffs and overall delivery of solution
Here are a few of the tasks that the Audit team can use PM assistance with: ongoing reconciliation of SCRA project tasks with audit program tasks; update audit program for rolling deliverable dates; coordinate with SCRA PMO track project and audit task completion; track, obtain copies and store documentation of BOD and OCC deliverable milestones preparation, update and communication of daily tracker for Audit requests (KPMG and LBO); tracking receipt of information and documentation assist audit team in scheduling meetings, including report and exhibit preparation the receipt, filing, distribution of project workstream meeting decks, agendas, notes The PM 2 Service includes the management of IT development, technology or non-technology efforts that have limited to moderate complexity. Currently these services are provided by project managers in two ways. The first way is by assigning a Project Manager to a platform. A platform within IT is a group of related software applications that provide a defined scope of functionality used to support business activities. Many of the platforms are Agile or have incorporated some Agile best practices. The second way PM Level A services are provided is by moving a PM to a platform to focus on one local delivery project effort with defined start and end dates. This usually occurs on platforms that have not found a need to have long-term dedicated project manager support. The PM leads the local effort and when it is completed then moves on to another platform to work on another local delivery effort.
