Client Relationship Manager

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for growing sales within a client based comprised of high producing volume and those that have the potential to produce high volume. This will be accomplished through regular contact with the client, driving key sales and merchandising behaviors and providing in-store training and sales support as required. Also required will be a direct working relationship with field sales team representatives and the sales support team.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Build sales volume to meet/exceed company and retail partners’ goals , ensuring company ROI targets are met

  • Develop and maintain key client relationships at corporate, regional and store levels

  • Drive key sales and marketing behaviors including, but not limited to, promoting the program to the marketplace, eligible current/previous lessees, etc.

  • Assist with the development of in-store training materials

Experience and Skills

  • 3+ years experience working in a sales or relationship management role

  • Self-starter

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  

  • Excellent organizational skills
