    Overview:The CEO of a prominent hedge fund is looking for an Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and resourceful. This position will be the true right hand to the CEO and assist her with all business needs including calendar management, travel, expenses, projects, and correspondence. This is a great opportunity to jump into a role supporting an experienced, dedicated player in the industry. Hours: 8:30am-6pm with light flexibilitySalary: $95-110k plus excellent bonus potential and benefitsResponsibilities:-Arrange, confirm and manage detailed calendars; schedule meetings and related logistics-Compose and edit presentations, reports and documents. Produce and prepare all necessary materials prior to meetings-Organize and follow up on action items after participating on calls and attending meetings, or as directed-Manage telephone and email communication, prioritizing emails and corresponding as necessary-Coordinate international and domestic travel including flights, hotel, ground transportation, travel advances and foreign currency. Coordinate necessary passport/visa credentials-Confirm restaurant reservations, book car service, reserve conference rooms, place catering orders, etc.-Prepare and submit monthly expense reports on a timely basis-Take on ad-hoc projects as needed-Perform light personal work for CEO as requestedQualifications / Requirements:-An undergraduate degree is required.-Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).-Five or more years of administrative assistant experience-Prior experience within financial industry is required-Must possess a team-focused attitude with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others-Demonstrates willingness to take on additional responsibilities and/or new projects-Hands-on problem solver and team player-Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
