We are seeking someone with administrative experience that is highly organized and has a passion for business-to-business customer engagement. As the Advance Replacement Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the shipment and return of advance replacement components to other business customers throughout the United States. You will work closely with our service and parts department, as well as equipment sales and operations, to ensure our customers receive prompt, courteous support for all their in-warranty and out-of-warranty advance replacement component needs.

The Position Requirements
The Advance Replacement Specialist will perform the following functions:
Directly communicate with customers and team members to identify advance replacement needs
Create purchase orders, submit POs to vendors and arrange drop-shipment of components to customer locations and field service technicians.
Follow up via voice and email with customers and their technicians regarding status of advance replacement component shipments and returns
Create and process customer and vendor return authorizations
Create sales orders and invoices
Perform all necessary filing and reporting functions

Proficient typist with ability to use computer software including Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft Office suite of products
Clear understanding of office administrative functions and processes including purchase orders (POs), sales orders (SOs), return merchandise authorizations (RMAs), vendor return authorizations (VRAs), accounts receivables (AR) and accounts payable (AP) and general filing.
