We are searching for an experienced Sales Support Specialist. This individual can work remotely, or at the closest Senneca Office.
As a Sales Support Specialist this person will represent the first stage of the sales support process for multiple Regional Sales Managers, reporting to a Regional Director. This position is responsible to review, calculate, and process a high volume of very technical and sometimes complex quote requests daily completing each within a specified time frame. Additionally, you will act as a liaison for factory-supported needs for your regional sales managers.
The position is required to work independently interacting daily with regional managers and several factory support personnel, as well as continual communication with customers will be required. Having an eye for detail, an aptitude for heavy data processing/computer skills are essential.
