You will be working with a team of experienced developers through one of many multi-year international software development projects. You will be active members of our development teams, participating in sprint planning, software estimating, feature prioritization, as well as interfacing with customers, end-users and stakeholders. Exceptional candidates may be tasked with leading a group of fellow interns through sprints, and reporting outcomes directly to the senior management team.{SAW} Software Mill is committed to working actively with local institutions to extend their internships into independent study or for-credit programs within their academic curricula. This will allow students to transition back into their academic studies while still participating in the project as contributing team members, switching from partial to full participation based upon academic schedule availability.
