Senior Customer Service Sales Support Representative

Basic Function:

This position provides customer service function for external and internal customers. The incumbent is responsible for supporting Credit Reporting, Mortgage and Collection Account Executives in their daily quest to provide their customer base with unparalleled customer service. This person will also support the AEs in other capacities to ensure not only that customer service in unwavering, but ensure that sales and revenue goals are achieved in an effective and profitable manner. In addition, the incumbent will document all internal customer issues to provide timely resolution without interruption of daily workflow.
Experience, Knowledge and Skills Required (Know How)
One to three years of sale and/or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with personal computers and software are strongly encouraged. The incumbent should also possess a great deal of assertiveness, self-initiative and creativity.

Scope of Responsibility
The incumbent provides point of contact customer support for Sarma’s external and internal customers. Works closely with Account Executives to service client in an effort to obtain and/or exceed their monthly revenue goals which are determined by their manager. Documents all customer issues to provide timely resolution.

Problem Solving/Decision Making Incumbent will determine how to set up their weekly call plan based upon customer needs. Also the incumbent will recommend options to reach possible resolution of complaints or fulfillment of requests.

Contacts and Relationships This position requires extensive contact with all Sarma employees as well as external customers for all divisions of Sarma. Positive relationships with all company personnel and outside vendors should be developed and maintained.

Physical Environment
This position exists in an office environment and spends the majority of the time on the phone. Extensive use of phone and computer are required.

Position is salaried at 40 hours per week ranging from an estimated $12.50-$15.00 per hour.
