We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team of skilled technicians to help sell, install and service smart home and security systems.
Install residential wireless security systems and smart home products
Activate security monitoring services
Offer for sale additional products and services to the homeowner
Train homeowner and answer questions
Log activities to online inventory / workorder system
Experience with wireless security systems, basic low voltage wiring, wireless networking, z-wave, lighting, CCTV and other smart home products
Must be a highly motivated, detail oriented individual with an excellent work ethic
Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Professional and positive attitude a must
Applicant must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Applicant must have excellent communications skills and an enthusiastic approach to customer care
