Manage Benefits and Human Resource issues such as employees questions re pay, providing letters of employment, ensuring vac and sick days are tracked, also from time to time cases of employee complaints, sexual harassment, theft, etc. This person would be the person to conduct the investigation interview staff and make through notes of what she learns an present case to the store operations team. They would also likely make a recommendation on next steps, i.e. termination, transfer to another store, etc. The role will manage the recruitment process and be the guru of HR Labour Standards law requirements. excellent company ..retail chain located ....good benefits 55K
Ideally looking for someone with a minimim of 3 years in recruiting, and HR administration...retail experience would be an asset
