Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years sales management experience MANAGING OUTSIDE SALES PROFESSIONALS.
An ideal candidate has proven ability to manage sales professionals, to effectively communicate with both sales representatives and business owners, and to understand customer needs. (S)he must also be high-energy, with the desire to lead and to succeed. Computer skills are absolutely necessary.
Responsibilities include: managing and training a sales team for Pennsylvania, conducting daily sales directions, assisting in marketing and generating activities, and closing business.
Primary goal: to generate new business-to-business (B2B) product sales for a major energy provider for deregulation energy.
Compensation: salary plus commission; paid vacation, holiday and sick days after ninety (90) days.
