Conduct telephone and personal interviews daily with prospective candidates.
Complete background checks including personal records, MVR, and DAC reports.
Review and process applications of prospective hires and determine if the applicant is qualified.
Complete pre-hire files and paperwork on applicants.
Follow up with applicants to advise the applicants of the progress of their application
Maintain complete files on all hired drivers and contractors, as needed
Track calls generated from all forms of advertising.
Set up and manage travel arrangements for new hires.
Coordinate driver orientation with those involved in the training and orientation process to allow a smooth onboarding experience for the drivers.
Demonstrate and gain buy in from new candidates on company culture, values and policies
Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
Familiar with CSA, DOT, HOS, etc...
Familiar with CMV registration, permits, ELDs, etc...
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
Candidate should be Tech savvy, have competent computer skills, solid in all Microsoft office suite products, experienced with Adobe Photo Shop, video editing, knowledge of social media platforms in recruiting
Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
Marketing, Sales, waitressing, servers, customer service experience a plus
5 years of previous experience above in a related field is required
A high school diploma or GED is required (but degree in a relevant field preferred)
Ability to multi-task and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail, organized and effective under pressure
Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to provide valuable and timely customer service to candidates via text, email, cell and other social media platforms
Ability to build rapport with drivers
Working Relationship: Reports to Director, Capacity Solutions

Salary: $40,000.00 plus based on experience, background and education.
