- Coaching and training sales staff.
- Assigning, Analyzing, and Reporting.
- Use data to make informed decisions.
- Manage day-to-day Sales department activity.
- Ensure that team meets daily/ monthly sales quotas.
- Providing Optimum Customer Experience to increase loyal customers.
- Basic Administrative duties as needed to support the Sales Team.
- Minimum of 2 years management experience
- Must have exceptional work ethic and motivation to be successful
- Strong computer skills
- High degree of honesty and integrity
- Ability to teach, train and motivate others
