Product Owner, New Revenue
RxRevu is hiring a Product Owner who can lead the organization on a greenfield project to discover new revenue opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with our innovation health system partner to understand challenges and identify opportunities that align with current business objectives. The Product Owner will be responsible for defining product requirements, working with stakeholders to develop a product roadmap, while offering a consistent product vision.
Responsibilities include the following:
Manage the New Revenue products from vision, strategy, through roadmap to delivery and ongoing iterations.
Partner with our innovation health system to understand unmet needs to drive product definition and requirements.
Methodically validate ideas and assumptions to determine which to promote into products and features.
Scope features and prioritize them aligning with key strategic goals and initiatives.
Develop and maintain roadmaps with timelines for implementation.
Coordinate activities required to bring a product to market across functionally diverse teams.
Work closely with product engineering to deliver on product vision and strategy.
Focus on the quality, long-term viability, and ease-of-use of the products.
Actively engage and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
Be the company’s “go to” expert on all New Revenue initiatives and product/market fit.
Facilitate the New Revenue cross functional team to create outstanding solutions and identify any additional resources and support that will help in that goal.
Identify clear, measurable metrics to track the success of your products. Use these metrics to guide decisions while responding quickly to feedback in the market
5+ years’ experience operating within a product management capacity including v1 development of product lines
Experience utilizing market metrics, user testing/feedback, A/B tests, MVP pilots, and product performance data as decision filters for product development.
Experience working in an environment where data protection was a major product concern.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with proven experience working with cross functional teams.
Experience presenting product vision and roadmaps to a wider audience.
Understanding of the healthcare value chain and healthcare IT
