RxRevu is hiring a Director of Marketing to refine and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy. This is a unique opportunity to make an immediate impact as a key member of a fast-moving healthcare IT disruptor.
The successful candidate will work closely with the commercial, client services, product and operations teams and with external partners, and will play a critical role in leading end-to-end, customer generation, engagement and retention programs driving brand awareness and capturing of market share.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Collaborate with senior management to refine RxRevu’s marketing strategies and contribute hands-on to the implementation of these strategies.
Manage and maintain a calendar with all marketing initiatives including public relations activities, tradeshows, webinars, blog posts, press releases, social media, website enhancements and more.
Create and maintain compelling positioning and messaging that differentiates RxRevu’s product offerings and resonates with target audiences and markets (internal, clients, prospects, partners, candidates).
Increase brand recognition and strengthen RxRevu’s brand image while ensuring consistency across all media.
Increase media coverage and PR via content creation & earned media opportunities
Serve as the curator of sales and marketing collateral in support of lead generation, product enhancements, recruitment and other collateral as needed.
The successful candidate will have the following required qualifications:
Strong understanding of healthcare and the healthcare value chain.
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the healthcare and/or healthcare IT sectors.
Quickly grasp and translate technical capabilities into effective benefit and value messaging.
Working knowledge of healthcare provider and payer processes along with the healthcare IT solutions they depend on
Success running traditional and innovative lead-gen and brand awareness campaigns across a variety of marketing channels and media.
Experience developing high level marketing, PR and brand strategies.
Experience managing marketing budgets.
Experience with B2B marketing campaigns and strategy.
This is a full-time position based in Denver, Colorado. The successful candidate must already have, or be able to obtain, authorization to work in the United States. The Director of Marketing will report to the Senior Vice President, Business Development. All candidate information will be held in confidence, and in accordance with EEOC guidelines.
