  • General Office duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Research and investigate unapplied payments.
  • Write off small balances.
  • Audit to make sure auction invoices are out.
  • Investigate short pays.
  • Handle snail mail invoices.
  • Upload invoices into software systems.
  • Reviews and processes all required documentation for write off fuel charges.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining paperwork within accounting department.
  • Assist in other related duties as required and assigned.


  • Basic knowledge of accounting
  • Strong computer proficiency, able to learn and apply new software applications.
  • Learn to subscribe to the 10X philosophy; that is the RPM way!
  • Set targets 10X higher than eXpected.

  • Must possess an eXceptional organizational skill set.
