Great opportunity for an experienced Front Desk Representative in a private practice. This is a part time role 20-24 hours a week. Customer service and quality are TOP PRIORITIES. Candidates must be proficient in medical terminology, appointment scheduling, patient registration, insurance verifications and authorizations. Responsibilities and Duties:
Serve as a liaison between patients and the interpreting physician
Greeting patients in person and over the phone
Complete all new patient intakes for consultations
Obtain medical records from referring physicians
Complete insurance verification, eligibility and prior authorizations
