Ringers Gloves is searching for a skilled, experienced sales professional, a true Hunter, to join our exclusive Sales Team. We are seeking a proven "sales specialist" skilled in consultative, B2B, solution based selling. The Field Sales Account Executive is responsible for generating revenue through the sale of Ringers Gloves hand safety products to targeted groups of end-user customers and leads utilizing distributors and other designated channels. The Field Sales Account Executive will contact, qualify, define/deliver, ROI-driven, product solutions that close sales by converting leads to end-user customers and persuading existing end-user customers to increase their product purchases. Through the development of affirmative, value-added, client-for-life relationships, the Field Sales Account Executive will expand the end-user customer base and grow existing accounts. Sales revenue will also be generated by developing referrals from distributors, strategic partners, personal professional networks, and, by collaborating with colleagues in other operating areas. Reporting to the Ringers Senior Vice President of Sales, the Field Sales Account Executive plays a central role in achievement of the company's revenue growth targets and strategic business objectives.


  • Generate sales of Ringers Gloves hand safety products to a designated group of end-user customers through the use of distributors, designated channels and targeted leads that will meet or exceed defined revenue generation goals.
  • Contact, qualify and develop targeted leads and persuade them to become purchasers of the full suite of Ringers glove products. Independently generate and develop leads within target accounts through research, networking, and social media and convert them into Ringers Gloves end-user customers.
  • As requested, participate in off-site sales and marketing events, conferences/trade shows and networking initiatives. These activities may occur outside standard business hours: i.e. evenings, mornings, weekends and may require local or domestic travel.
  • Develop and maintain a current, accurate sales pipeline utilizing the CRM (NetSuite) to document and manage all sales activities.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of: CE and ANSI glove standards, industry trends, developments, new products lines, sales and marketing platforms, and related best practices.
  • Teaming, as requested by leadership, to achieve organizational goals by executing assignments and tasks, across all functional/operational areas of the organization.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related area, or, an equivalent combination of experience, training and specialized skills.
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in B2B product sales of safety, industrial or similar products to senior management in midsize to large companies.
  • Documented record (with references) of blowing away sales goals in a highly competitive environment with multiple product contenders, the worst of which is “do nothing – status quo”. Proven ability to exceed defined targets in a competitive environment with a sense of urgency.
  • Effective communicator with a persuasive, engaging face-to-face sales ability. Persuasive in getting all types of people to say “yes”. Skilled in the use of consultative selling and solution focused selling practices.
  • Clear, professional phone and online presence. Polished enough to intrigue a manager or executive to meet you in their office.
  • Experienced in the use of a CRM to maintain accurate account information, client data, sales and lead activity; NetSuite CRM proficiency preferred.
  • Aptitude in establishing productive teamed relationships with managers, colleagues, and external partners with an emphasis on effective two-way communication to achieve defined objectives in a deadline driven environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of B2B products sales, trends, sales and marketing platforms, and related best practices.
  • Proficiency in the entire Microsoft Office suite of products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and the use of personal computers, peripherals and mobile devices.
  • Valid Texas Driver License and Texas Proof of Financial Responsibility (auto liability insurance).
  • Ability to travel via automobile, airplane, train or bus.
