The Role:

We are looking for Account Supervisors to join our rapidly growing Client Services team in Boston. As an Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for helping to lead the strategic development and execution of a national on-campus Ambassador program. You will oversee a team of Account Managers and manage program initiatives including Ambassador operations, on-campus activations, reporting, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal team members

· Manage daily workflow and serve as a primary point of contact for clients

· Collaborate with the R&B Client Services & University Relations teams to develop and refine program plans based on a clear understanding of the client’s business, marketing goals, and program objectives

· Continuously monitor program performance, celebrating wins and implementing strategies for course correction and optimization, as necessary

· Manage and oversee and the daily workflow of 3-5 Account Managers responsible for recruiting, managing, and coaching student Ambassadors

· Support the planning and execution of in-person Ambassador training events, including travel, venue coordination, and content development

· Lead communication with production vendors to identify, source, and distribute campaign materials to Ambassadors

· Build, track, and reconcile project-based budgets to achieve target profitability and ensure an efficient use of resources

· Compile relevant qualitative and quantitative program data that clearly demonstrates program performance relative to campaign objectives

· Support new business development through participation in agency brainstorms, sales operations, and budgeting exercises

· Positively contribute to agency culture by fostering internal relationships and approaching your work with a sense of passion and enthusiasm

· Perform other duties, as assigned


· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field

· 4-6 years of related work experience, ideally an agency setting and with field marketing programs

· People-centric with outstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills

· Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive and stay organized in a fast-paced setting

· Self-starter with experience balancing business acumen with creativity

· Creative thinker that is willing to travel ‘outside of the box’ for the right solution(s)

· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
