Account Manager

Job Type: Full-time, salaried

Our integrated approach allows our clients to understand and engage with high schoolers, college students, and young professional through behavioral insights, experiential marketing, digital strategy, physical activations, e-commerce solutions, and exclusive partnerships.

The Role:

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team of college and youth marketing enthusiasts. As an Account Manager, you will actively contribute to the success of client projects, playing a key role in all disciplines from strategic development to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop a clear understanding of each client’s business, marketing goals, and program objectives

· Partner with team members from R&B’s Client Services and University Relations teams for the development and execution of client programs

· Recruit top-tier students for program Ambassador roles by working with internal team members to source and interview candidates from colleges across the US

· Serve as the primary R&B contact for student ambassadors, overseeing their training and coaching in support of program objectives

· Manage the daily workflow of client projects to ensure timely, economic program execution

· Identify and manage outside vendors to ensure timeline, seamless support of client programs

· Produce client-facing reports by gathering qualitative and quantitative program data

· Assist in generating consumer insights by conducting primary and secondary research

· Participate in agency brainstorms to help develop new, creative ways to engage Next Gen consumers

· Contribute to agency culture by fostering positive internal relationships and maintaining enthusiasm toward day-to-day tasks

· Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field

· 1-3 years of agency experience, ideally with exposure to events and experiential marketing

· Strong entrepreneurial spirit with eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

· Values and respects the importance of organization and time management for effective multitasking

· Customer-service focus with outstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills

· Creative thinker that is willing to travel ‘outside of the box’ for the right solution(s)

· Self-motivated with proven ability to think quickly and problem solve

· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
