A successful Construction Management firm located in Santa Rosa has an immediate opening and is seeking a Receptionist with additional skills in accounting and clerical administrative support.
This will be a 40 hour a week position. Ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and should posses 2 + years as an administrative assistant in a General Construction or Construction Management firm.
We have a Fun, Friendly, and Challenging work environment! You must be reliable, punctual, and dependable and maintain a professional demeanor and possess excellent phone etiquette and skills. You will be a key holder with opening office responsibilities. Must be able to prepare documents, letters, file, data entry, maintain project documents/records, and work with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) have Excellent Writing Skills and ability to proof read and edit. Communication and organizational Skills are a must. Additional Responsibilities include ordering supplies. Must be able to stock supplies by lifting boxes of paper and other supplies such as water.

Associate or Bachelor Degree
Proficiency with accounting software
