To be successful in our Sales Recruit Coordinator role, you will be a high-performing lead generator who makes outbound calls daily to prospective recruits to introduce them to our firm and build a strong relationship while maintaining impeccable follow up and follow through.

YOU ARE DRIVEN TO MAKE MONEY. You understand metrics and conversions and have a proven track record of exceeding goals and being rewarded for it. Because of your strong rapport building and follow up, what you love most is establishing a relationship and then handing over the rest of the sales process to someone else.

YOU ARE SELF-MOTIVATED . You have a proven track record of follow through and staying in constant communication with clients and team members. You stay focused and no details fall through the cracks on your watch, holding yourself accountable and driving sales activities forward.

SELF-IMPROVEMENT & PERSONAL GROWTH IS YOUR PASSION. Continuous improvement is one of your core values. You love to be mentored by your sales manager, coached and be given actionable feedback to help you learn, improve, grow and be the best you can be.


  • Within first 2 weeks:
  • Fully trained on CRM system including scheduling, notes, activities, etc. and demonstrate basic proficiency
  • Complete at least 100 direct calls to potential clients
  • Meet with Regional Mangers and discuss their recruiting needs.
  • Within the first 30 days:
  • Fully understand the current recruit development process
  • Have full ownership of supporting outgoing calls, building rapport, returning calls and outreach to prospective clients to generate interest
  • Schedule at least 4 phone appointments with recruits
  • Within the first 60 day and going forward:
  • Consistently schedule at least 4 calls per week with potential recruits
  • Track all required client metrics, establishing baselines, and likely areas for improvement
  • Within the first 90 days and going forward :
  • Consistently schedule 5+ appointment calls per week with recruits
  • Input activity into CRM system and track all required client metrics, establishing baselines on a weekly basis

Education, Skills & Experience:

  • High School diploma/GED is required
  • Experience with CRM’s preferred
  • 12 months of outbound calling experience, preferably B2B
  • Mortgage experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of exceeding metrics and goals on call volume, call quality and conversion rates
  • Proficient computer skills working with various office equipment, computers and various programs including MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to engage and connect with potential clients by providing exceptional customer service, driving the sales process forward
