  • Schedule appointments, surgery and boarding reservations
  • Accurately process monetary transactions. Reconcile nightly deposit and transactions
  • Filing; general correspondences, including handwritten communications and email responses
  • Maintain cleanliness, tidiness and organizations of waiting and reception area
  • Serve as a information resource for clients regarding professional contacts and organizations
