We are seeking an individual that desires to get into the consulting business to join our team. This person wears several hats but will be responsible to help grow our CRM business and grow revenue. We are seeking a flexible, adaptable, organized person that loves to take on challenges and provide the desired solution for the customer. Must be able to work independently but also within a team environment. We are a Salesforce partner and work with best practices for our CRM Consulting. We have just moved our location next to the U of M providing a great work environment. This position does offer some work from home flexibility. Manage the day to day administration of Internal Salesforce and External Salesforce clients.
Work with marketing and sales to determine pricing and messaging
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Function as an onsite consultant and trainer for Existing External clients
Gather client requirements for new clients and apply salesforce best practice to implement the best possible solution.
Provide scope of work and contract negotiation.
Manage client and contractor billing
Ensure SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) are met for clients
Oversee development team and tasks
Assign tasks out to the team using proper formatting.
Conduct daily/weekly standups
Ability to troubleshoot a wide range of computer software issues on various platforms including mobile platforms
A strong understanding of email technologies, and the underlying framework of email deliverability. (Gsuite / Office365 administration)
Manage and maintain network infrastructure
Auditing of technology security policies both Internally and Externally
New employee systems setup
Provide feedback on technology procurement ensuring the highest amount of performance at the lowest cost
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
