Redflex is seeking a self-driven, strategic thinking, Client Services Manager to work collaboratively with stakeholders to coordinate the ongoing management support to contracted customers during the entire lifecycle of the contract and through renewals.
Candidate will preferably located in or near Sacremento, California.
What you will get to do every day:
Administers contracts within area of responsibility to include compliance with all service levels and requirements, budgeting, forecasting and profit and loss responsibilities.
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, back-office and projects teams to provide successful delivery and ongoing support
Ensuring the highest possible customer satisfaction levels
Resolving issues that occur in a timely manner
Attending regular and emergent client meetings
Conducting account retention planning to ensure contract renewal
Add-on sales to existing accounts
Assistance with new business bids and proposals within geographic area of responsibility
Other duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned

familiarity and/or experience with government contracting preferred
Account Relationship Management skills a plus.
Bachelor's degree and/or with 3 to 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Advanced degrees and/or project management or similar certifications a plus.
