We are a small but established Los Angeles-based company with a software product that helps K-12 teachers teach better. The software has evolved over the past nine years, and we would like to add two more developers to our team to keep up with our growth.
Because of the nature of our product, this is a full-time in-house position - not freelance or part-time. Our office is - and your workplace would be - in Atwater Village, at the border between Glendale and Los Angeles near Silver Lake, Hollywood, Griffith Park, Burbank, Pasadena and the San Fernando Valley.
- a demonstrated ability to code complex high-volume applications in PHP,
- good time management,
- strong communication, organization and English language skills,
- the ability to take charge of all parts of a project and work with the entire team,
- some familiarity with paradigms and Computer Science-based concepts, and
- a panache for listening, planning and solving problems.
Annual salary is in the range of $45k to $120k depending on skills and experience, plus medical, dental and vacation.
