You'll be helping us create rich and fulfilling experiences and online community. We're looking for full-stack engineers – capable of dealing with everything from MySQL, Memcache, PHP, as well as HTML/CSS/JS. You may work on infrastructure components (we automate everything with Chef). Teams focused on each feature – a few engineers, a designer, and a product manager – have meaningful collaboration with autonomy.
Because learning is a key factor in our development process, we believe strongly in gathering insights from our analytics to quickly guide our product decisions. We are always finding faster ways to iterate through our build-measure-learn loop. You'll also be able to use our immunity system and dev tools to push code to production whenever you please (and you'll probably push on your first day).
