Compensation: Total Compensation 150k

A major document management and office equipment company in NC is currently hiring for Business to Business Sales Professionals! This is the perfect opportunity for the right candidate!
Our sales managers demonstrate the ability to coach and mentor sales professionals in all phases of the sales process and spend 90% of their time riding with their representatives in the field. The ability to hold their teams accountable for activity and performance is a must. A minimum of 2 years proven track record of leading high performance sales teams required with references.
Compensation plan includes:
Base salary and team commissions exceeding $150,000 at plan!
Paid medical insurance, 401K, cell phone and laptop
Work closely with other team members such as sales, service, supplies, leasing administration and warehouse
Coordinate and utilize corporate support
Support company initiatives to maintain, drive and service current customer base and support customer base growth
Education and Experience Requirements:
MUST have prior Business to Business Sales Experience
MUST have prior Copier Sales Management Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
High School diploma required
Successful outside sales experience preferred
Proficiency in MS Office products required
