Rayhawk is seeking a highly motivated individual to develop and engineer websites in a LAMP environment. The ideal candidate is a savvy and experienced web developer with several PHP/MySQL driven websites already live on the internet.

About You

Results-oriented, self-driven, and resourceful with a deep love for technology. An expert web developer who has a proven track record of engineering quality web programming that is stable, maintainable, and works well. Reliable, mature, credible, and passionate about excellence. Extensive experience with PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, design patterns/methodologies. 3+ years of total web development experience; 1 or more years of experience developing for iOS is a plus. You already have developed complex websites and preferably you have a computer science degree. You are: a strong communicator, detailed oriented, organized, reliable, and an analytical problem-solver. Eager for experience, responsibility, and accountability. A team-player who also has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

About the Job

Requires that you speak the language: outstanding PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and OOP skills.

Knowledge of design patterns and methodologies is a must.

Pluses: Graphic design skills; Understanding of MVC; experience with iOS development; knowledge of Linux web hosting environments; Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator); Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Great communication/can interact with a clients

You will utilize strong UI design skills and a keen attention to detail to create visual website experiences. You will have to adapt to this constantly changing industry. You will pick up new programming languages and development styles.

You will be working with a small development team to design and launch Rayhawk’s website projects and mobile applications. We employ best engineering/programming practices. We collaborate, help, learn, and create.

Compensation & Benefits
· $17.00 - $20.00 during probationary period (3-6 months DOE)
· Potential for future full-time employment
