We are looking for a Renewals Specialist who is passionate about helping our fast-growing community of consumer packaged goods manufacturers. As a part of the RangeMe customer success team, you will be responsible for making sure that clients renew their annual RangeMe Premium subscription and are set up for success both before and after the point of renewal. You will help customers understand the value of RangeMe and empower them with the skills to leverage RangeMe to grow their business.
Drive renewals by working with the supplier side of our B2B marketplace.
Own and manage the renewal process for a high volume of customers
Identify customer requirements, uncover roadblocks, and demonstrate strong account management capabilities to drive renewal to on-time closure
Collaborate with the larger CS and marketing teams to help develop renewal processes and strategies
1+ years of experience in either a customer success, sales, or renewals SaaS role
Solid Salesforce experience
Experience navigating customer objections during a sales or renewal process
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Is a self-starter, but also a collaborative team player.
Is energetic, passionate, and motivated to help our customers.
Excellent communication and project, time and customer management skills
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to manage a large number of client situations simultaneously
