We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who is passionate about helping our fast-growing community of consumer packaged goods suppliers and retail buyers through the provision of fast and awesomely-effective personal online-support using our various help desk platforms and channels. The support representative will report to our head of support and work directly with the product and the larger RangeMe team from our SF office!
Responsibilities and Duties
Work on the frontline of RangeMe’s fast-growing user community supporting our users and various departments across the RangeMe organization.
Support and help RangeMe suppliers, buyers and service providers via our support platforms and work with the team to channel community feedback to the company.
Assist in the approval process and verification of new and exciting products being submitted to be published or verified on the RangeMe platform.
Help with projects and content improvements as it relates to the education and support of our community of suppliers and retail buyers.
The ideal candidate:
Is energetic, passionate, and motivated to help our customers.
Has great English written and verbal communication skills.
Is a self-starter, but also a collaborative team player.
Has experience working in customer service environments.
Has experience or familiarity using G Suite, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
