RangeMe is looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to help in its efforts to ensure our customers have the best possible experience using our service.
In this role, you’ll be on a team that’s responsible for driving engagement and retention across the platform. As the Customer Engagement Specialist, you’ll get hands-on experience building scalable programs to serve our rapidly growing community of retail buyers, suppliers, and service providers. You should have an eye for design, are passionate about customer success, can think big picture, and get excited about crafting the perfect message to motivate a customer to take action.
What you’ll do:
Support and manage different customer engagement programs from planning through execution
Conceptualize, create, and design all types of emails including onboarding, transactional, and announcements
Flex your creative thinking to develop new campaigns or programs that drive engagement and retention within targeted customer segments
Partner with the Manager of Customer Engagement to create a comprehensive communications and content schedule that supports current strategic initiatives
Produce and administer educational webinars
Contribute to the RangeMe Customer Spotlight series — from sourcing, interviewing, and writing posts for the RangeMe blog
Develop content that educates our customers on industry and RangeMe best practices
Conduct A/B email tests, track, analyze, and optimize the performance of campaigns, and share out results with team
Design the monthly customer newsletter
Copyedit and review for consistency, clarity, accuracy, and readability—across all content types in the customer lifecycle
Learn our business and our customers, and take the initiative to identify new engagement strategies that fit within our objectives
BA/BS degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, or English
1 - 3 years experience in customer success, communications, or a digital marketing role
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem solve effectively
Manage multiple projects with different deadlines
Detail-oriented and project management skills with a high standard for quality
Excellent and demonstrated written and communication skills
Great collaborator, team player, and have the ability to build a working relationship with cross-functional teams
Experience with marketing automation tools, Adobe Suite, or Wordpress a plus!
SaaS or start-up experience preferred
