The Sales Manager will lead the team of sales professionals by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories, and building their team. As the Sales Manager, you will work with customers, handle customer complaints, analyze budgets, and determine ways to streamline and improve the sales process.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
Manage recruitment, objectives, coaching, and performance monitoring of the sales team
Have a thorough understanding and awareness of the Texas construction and engineering community by building and maintaining strong relationships with Texas architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Have the ability to conduct product presentations, such as lunch and learns, to groups of engineers
Have knowledge of construction and engineering methods, equipment, and technology
Have the ability to read construction documents
Having a working knowledge of deep foundations is a plus

Goal and results-oriented
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field
Candidate will have 3-5 years of sales experience in the sales field, as a sales associate, or in some other sales capacity
First year average commissions for new team members is between $90K and $100K
Ram Jack offers a company vehicle with paid fuel ($0.20 per mile)
