RAM JACK is searching for an exceptional warehouse facilitator in the Charlotte, NC area to join our team. This addition to our team is a permanent position due to the growth we are experiencing.

The Warehouse Facilitator is responsible for ensuring that all warehouse operations are fully functional. Duties include, but are not limited to, planning, organizing, and managing the operation of loading and unloading crew trucks and trailers, assisting in inventory control of all maintained items received in and loaded out, managing the warehouse crew, and having mechanical knowledge and know-how when it comes to small engines, hydraulic repairs, and fabricating.
Supervision Received and Exercised:
General direction is provided by the Production Manager, Operations, and Maintenance.
Essential Job Functions:
You will come in after hours and are responsible for preparing the tools, materials, documentation, etc. that are needed to perform the individual projects laid out in the job folder created by the Operations Team for each individual project.
You are responsible for unloading and loading each crew’s truck and/or trailer as they return from a job each day in preparation for the next day’s job. Cleaning, inspections, maintenance, etc. all need to be conducted before loading the crew’s tools and materials for the next shift/job.
You need to be able to perform small engine and hydraulic repairs and be able to service them as well.
Flush hydraulic systems and return with new systems, oil changes, etc.
You will need to have some welding experience and be able to fabricate if needed.
Report to work each day and receive job folders for the day, along with broken equipment and tools reports from each truck.
Replace any equipment and tools needed for the following day.
Unload any returning materials and debris.
Fuel truck, check oil and tires, etc. to ensure its readiness for the next day.
Complete Return Sheet and add it to the job folder along with completing the Pick Sheet to load out the following day’s materials and consumables needed.
Truck is parked with job folder left ready to go for the Crew Chief.

Operate a Forklift
Mechanical knowledge for small engine repair; Minor hydraulic repair and replacement
Pre-stage for the following night
This job has a training requirement that may require some travel and will teach basic hydraulics, welding, mechanical knowledge, and computer skills, if needed. You will be required to do minor repairs on some small equipment and maintain the facilities warehouse.
