Ram Jack is currently seeking candidates for relocating opportunities for crew field hand positions. As part of this position you must be willing to relocate away from home and/or transfer where a job is needed across the nation.
Job Description:
As part of this position you must be willing to relocate or transfer to a new location! The crew leader will work outdoors, endure physical labor, have good customer service skills, and safely lead a work crew in foundation repair. Previous experience in construction, remodeling, foundation repair, or new construction is preferred.
Day-to-Day Operations:
- Use manual and motorized equipment for digging pilot holes for installing piles on both residential and commercial jobs.
- Drive work truck within sales territory to job opportunities
- Load and unload trucks (equipment, hoses, steel piles, etc.).
- Must be able to lift 50-100 pounds.
Other Requirements:
- Must be will to relocate to a new location as needed
- Reliable transportation to get to the office/shop every day
- Be willing to transfer where projects or jobs are needed
- Must be able to communicate effectively.
Experience:
- Construction field is preferable but will consider hands-on experience in other related fields.
- Experience in concrete work
- Experience in laying foundations
- Knowledge of framing of a structure or home
- Must be able to operate machinery or training may be provided depending on skills and knowledge
