REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team atmosphere.
Inside parts sales including quoting, research, sales follow up, closing of sales, invoicing, inventory management, inventory transfers, purchase order receiving, purchase order tracking, warranty request, warranty follow up.
Knowledgeable in order management, invoicing and inventory control
Must have strong computer skills.
Must be very detailed in paperwork.
Must be willing to work hard and be enthusiastic about what you do.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma required along with a minimum of five years inside parts sales.
Applicants must pass an initial drug-screening test.
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who enjoy working independently, as well as in a team atmosphere. Good customer service skills are mandatory.
Very Competitive Compensation be disclosed at the time of interview.
Must be computer knowledgeable and demonstrate ability to use MSWORD, EXCEL, email and other computer programs. Experience with CRM – contact management program and Factory Equipment Selection and Pricing Programs are also utilized and a plus.
