Job Title: Project Manager
Department: Hospitality

Position Overview:
Manage all Hospitality Department projects as assigned from inception to completion. Coordinate all processes and communication relating to projects that have been assigned.

Essential Job Functions
• Attend project hand off meetings with Sales.
• Effectively communicate with customer, property contacts, and construction teams to coordinate each visit that the installation team makes.
• Provide clear information and timelines to installation field teams, and provide support by answering questions ensuring installation is completed effectively and efficiently.
• Review field measurements and product specifications to understand design intent and product functionality.
• Complete detailed production tickets for manufactured items.
• Order specified finished goods from outside vendors and manage delivery schedules in order to meet project deadlines.
• Track arrival of fabric to allow production timeline to flow smoothly.
• Approve installer invoices by reconciling work done with amount being invoiced.
• Facilitate the scheduling of shipments, dictate the exact product that should be included in each shipment, and advise accounting of correlated items to bill.
• Manage installation schedule with the property and installation team, ensuring that all manufactured items are completed in order to meet each installation phase.
• Update reporting system weekly with project status.
• Attend weekly Project Manager meetings with Project Management team and Director.

• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task in order to complete effectively and efficiently.

• Efficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Maintain an effective work ethic and attitude conducive to Quiltcraft Culture.

Non-essential Job Functions
• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improving processes and procedures.
• Occasional travel to project sites.
