Job Title: Project Manager Industry: Hospitality Position Overview: Manage all Hospitality Department projects as assigned from inception to completion. Coordinate all processes and communication relating to projects that have been assigned.
Essential Job Functions • Manage Hospitality Projects as assigned • Handle effectively all communication and interaction with the customer as directed o Introduce yourself as Project Manager and project contact o Request installation and construction schedules o Confirm who needs to receive updates and correspondence • Submit Requests For Measures to appropriate installation team • Order specified finished goods for project completion (Shades, Blinds, Decorative Hardware, etc) • Digest measures, specifications, floor plans, and scope in a timely manner in order to supply Production with accurate Production Tickets • Attend project hand off meetings with Sales and Project Managers • Attend weekly Project Manager meetings with Director as scheduled • Ensure all hospitality project folders/software are up to date with the latest information • Facilitate the scheduling of shipments by adding them to the Shipping Log • Cards in Weft room: o Ensure all cards on the wall are marked with accurate indicators • Initiate internal closeout documentation
Requirements • Strong creative thinking and problem solving skills • Sense of urgency with the ability to set and meet deadlines • Attention to detail • Effectively communicate • Team oriented • Efficient in Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook • Maintain an effective work ethic and attitude conducive to Quiltcraft Culture
