The Technology Integration Specialist works in partnership with clients, advising them how to use information technology in order to meet their business objectives or overcome problems and to maximize the value of technology in their business. They work to improve the structure and efficiency of IT systems in client organisations.

The Technology Integration Specialist will provide strategic guidance to clients with regard to technology, IT infrastructures and enabling major business processes through enhancements to IT.

They can also be used to provide guidance during selection and procurement as well as providing expert technical assistance, and may be responsible for user training and feedback.

The Technology Integration Specialist may also be involved in sales and business development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer requirements and business objectives
  • Provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals
  • Present solutions in written or oral reports
  • Help clients with change management activities
  • Manage IT initiatives and collaborate with Quartet technical staff
  • Liaise with staff at all levels of a client organisation
  • Design IT systems and networks ensuring the right architecture and functionality
  • Support new technology implementation
  • Revise existing systems and suggest improvements

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

  • Proven experience as an IT Consultant/Customer Manager
  • Strong technical expertise
  • An analytical mind with problem solving abilities
  • Strong time management skills
  • Experience in Project Management
  • A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Degree in computer science ​
