MUST: Experienced sales professional 2-4 years of professional experience Proven sales track record Strong cold calling and business development experience Wide exposure to social media tools Ability to meet and exceed quotas Excellent computer skills Possess strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities BA/BS degree highly desirable
DUTIES: Participate in new business development Maintain and grow existing customer base Manage multiple phone and email campaign strategies Cultivate relationships and referrals with relevant hiring decision makers Negotiate service agreements, fees, terms and offers with customers Engage in weekly customer meetings Utilize social and professional networks Develop and create out of the box best practices as they pertain to new business development
