Qualifications • Education: BA Degree in quantitative analytics field (e.g. quantitative sciences, engineering, IT ( Remote ) • Experience in the Pharma industry/space is not required but is great to have • Must have solid experience with web analytical packages and reporting tools, including Google Analytics/GA4/Adobe Analytics, and Data Studio. Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager (Tag Management Systems such as Tealium/GTM), email marketing tools, and more. • Must be strategic, analytical, and have strong communication skills, and be able to relay technical information/data/results to non-technical team members. • Data driven mindset with a minimum of 5+ years of web/digital analytics work experience doing quantitative analysis at the digital campaign and customer level. • Strong data skills • Agency experience • Resource must understand the customer journey (the business side), however, must also understand the digital landscape, as well as a very strong technical understanding • Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. • Ability to make data-driven decisions. • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Ability to understand/explain implementation

Responsibilities The Digital Analytics and Innovation Team is seeing a Digital Marketing Analyst! Digital marketing analysts play an important role to ensure that a business stays successful online by providing the strategy behind a marketing campaign, analyzing, and relaying the results, success/failures/surprises to stakeholders. You will also be responsible for researching marketing trends and how they can relate to company goals. Based on data, you will develop strategies for growth, assess new campaign/client targets and build out demand generation programs with goals of generating campaign success and increasing online presence. You must stay on top of industry trends, and use/have knowledge of a wide variety of programs and technologies to test/develop/implement new ideas and strategies to generate digital marketing success. In addition, you will create data visualizations, research data queries, derive insights, and tell stories using data. As a key member of the Digital Analytics and Innovation Team, the incumbent will be provided the opportunity to work cross-functionally across marketing campaigns and business initiatives. This role is responsible for supporting brands and measuring customer engagement on web properties via tagging and analytics. In addition, the role will entail the following Primary Responsibilities: • Analyze website and cross-channel digital behavior using an array of digital marketing tools -- Google Analytics, Google BigQuery, Google Optimize, Heatmapping software, and BI tools • Regularly monitor, identify, and analyse key website KPIs and trends across brands and provide data-driven recommendations to improve user experience and site engagement rates • Support re-platforming of domains by providing web analytics requirements and validate tag implementation and data collection • Ensure proper tag implementation by UAT’ing (User Acceptance Test) in the production environment • Ensure process adherence and data standards are maintained for ongoing and accurate website tracking • Understand/leverage relevant technology applications, trends, and best practices across digital marketing, such as tagging, campaign attribution, page speed, SEO, privacy, and other methods of data collection • Proactively identify and analyze key website performance metrics (Google Analytics and Content Square) that ties back to the campaign objective, and summarize actionable insights & recommendations to relevant stakeholders Understanding the HTML code • Work closely with IT and Digital Publishers to ensure on-time implementation of Google Analytics tags and other 3rd party tags via Tealium/GTM • Collaborate with Web Capabilities team to onboard new web analytics focused technologies to enhance customer journey analysis • Assist in establishing KPIs to measure the impact of AB/multivariate test structure, build dashboards to monitor test performance and provide in-depth analysis on final test results • Support ongoing tagging and web data auditing to ensure accurate data collection • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and maintain weekly/monthly KPI dashboards to monitor performance trends and share out insights and recommendations • Support digital marketing initiatives through SEM, SEO, display, programmatic etc. channels aimed at driving brand awareness and conversions by tying platform level front end data to website high value actions • Support integrated and cross channel data driven design by providing ad-hoc web data deliverable • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and enhance analytics and reporting function by building automation into reports that are manually distributed.
