Warehouse Picker- *** Sign-On Bonus Offered!!!!

***Starting rate- $16.00/hour

The role of a order picker is to support leaders and peers with the day-to-day floor operations in the warehouse. In this role, you will support the following: safety, training, inventory control, production, and housekeeping.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment
• Assist in job training for current warehouse employees and new hires if asked
• Support improving company culture and maintain a positive attitude at all times
• Inventory Control: work to support inventory integrity in your assigned area. All inventory should be in a home – inventory is everyone’s responsibility!!
• Ensure work output/production meets goals and objectives
• Interpersonal Skills: all communication with others should be courteous and professional. Explicit language should not be used on the production floor or in the office area
• Remain flexible in regards to working arrangements and operational changes – be adaptable and willing to cross train
• Generate excitement and willingness to ‘Go the extra mile’ to meet/exceed department goals
• Work closely with leaders to ensure smooth work flow throughout the department
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Participate as an effective and willing team member in order to achieve individual and team goals
• Participate in department-specific housekeeping objectives
• Follow standard operating procedures and drive continuous improvement across all departments
