Customer Service/Administrative Assistant

Looking for a fast-paced learner to join our team.
Must be self-starting and punctual

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Responding to customer care emails
  • Placing in service tickets online
  • Tracking & maintaining customer supply levels
  • Data entry / Updating customer information
  • Assisting in day-to-day activities for the rest of the team

With COVID-19 precautions

  • Remote interview process
  • Personal protective equipment provided & required
  • Temperature screenings
  • Self-sanitizing, disinfecting, & cleaning procedures in plac
  • All employees are required to wear a mask inside the office. Social distancing in place.


  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Korean speaker preferred, but not required
